We have two excellent opportunities for Site Managers to take over an existing successful development in Stowmarket, Suffolk which involves the construction of 80 traditional build houses, with build running at a slow pace due to sales, focusing on build quality with the project including a block of low rise traditional build apartments, and houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms in a scenic location; with build designs to fit the local area, and landscaping.

What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
- Assistant Site Managers with a background in residential development and ready to step up to Site Manager and run their own development are welcome to apply
