Just Recruitment seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join a well-regarded growing business in Stowmarket.Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the Company's outbound logistical requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently, whilst upholding the standards of the business, maximising productivity, and ensuring service delivery of the highest level.Duties include:Preparation of orders for vehicle movementsCommunication with other internal departments and external warehouses for order picking or delivery requirementsCo-ordination of external transport hauliersAssessing and evaluating service provision requiredRaising warehouse picking orders from internal softwareConfirming delivery schedulesConfirming vehicle types/service requiredBooking all delivery requirements with each supplierKey skills criteria:Good geographical knowledge of the UK and EuropeWorking knowledge within a Logistics environmentProactive with an eye for detailFlexible and adaptable approachSound organisational abilitiesAdvanced computer literacy (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)Approachable mannerProven customer facing experienceMonday - Friday, 9:00pm-5:00pm.
