Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the business’ outbound logistical requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently
  • Preparation of orders for vehicle movements
  • The coordination of external transport hauliers
  • Assessing and evaluating service provisions required
  • Liaising with hauliers to book deliveries, confirm delivery schedules, and vehicle types/services required
  • Building strong, corporate working relationships with key clients and customers

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of working within a logistics or distribution team
  • Demonstrable customer account management experience, with the ability to maintain long-term business relationships
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective business relationships to exceed customer expectations.
  • Highly professional, with strong commercial awareness
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
