Are you highly organised, proactive, and great with people? We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team, playing a key role in scheduling and coordinating repair and maintenance jobs. This is intially offerred on a 5 month fixed term contract, ASAP start for the right indvidual!

The day to day

  • Plan and schedule repair/maintenance jobs to ensure engineers can work efficiently.
  • Work within the complaints team, managing high-level cases.
  • Liaise with operatives and customers, diagnosing issues and coordinating complex repairs requiring multiple trades or specialist contractors.
  • Manage communications to ensure jobs are completed smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Handle admin tasks, including phone calls, reports, and scheduling updates.
