Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-orientated and motivated Administrator to join this Stowmarket office. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established supplier of concrete solutions across the East of England.

As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in arranging skills and safety training, as well as organising courses and licences for a fleet of drivers, ensuring they are ready and able to deliver concrete and aggregate products.

Your Role As The Administrator:

  • Manage drivers' training schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Checking security clearances for our vehicles.
  • Organise and coordinate various training programs and licences.
  • Adapt to evolving daily activities to meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High IT literacy and proficiency.
  • Strong administrative skills and proven experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication skills as you will be interacting with internal and external professional bodies and customers.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office and other software tools.
  • Sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Independent worker who can keep things on track.
