We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Payroll Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Stowmarket. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and correct payments.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and deductions.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries.
  • Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
