We are currently seeking a dedicated supply teacher to support students across Red Lodge. Whether it's a day, a week, or a month, the role of a supply teacher is invaluable, especially in these uncertain times. Schools need your expertise to ensure uninterrupted learning, and your role will be to seamlessly follow class plans, providing consistent learning experiences and acting as a beacon of support for every learner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities in an engaging and supportive manner.
  • Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
  • Supporting students' academic and social development in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a seamless transition during temporary assignments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) or Key Stage Two (KS2)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
