We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our Hire Department team. The successful candidate will manage contracts for our equipment rental services, ensuring they are drafted, reviewed, and negotiated effectively, in compliance with legal and company policies, and that they are performed and delivered according to agreed terms.

Day to day of the role:

  • Prepare and review contracts for Company Hire services, including terms, conditions, pricing, and specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to align with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and track the progress and performance of contracts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment, and delivery.
  • Maintain and update contract records and databases, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Provide support and guidance to contract specialists and administrators.
  • Stay updated on contract best practices, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, administration, or coordination.
  • Strong background in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
