Ackerman Pierce are looking to recruit a Head of Operations and Partnerships within Adults Social Care within the Social Care industry in Suffolk. The vacancy will be for an initial 1 year with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Service operational management and oversight
- Supporting savings delivery
- Supporting transformation delivery around practice
- CQC
- Direct Payments
- Having oversight of the locality and managing the delivery of human resources/structural changes
Experience preferred:
- Post qualifying experience of working as a Head of Operations within the UK.
The Team:
- Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years' post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
- Managerial experience
- Enhanced DBS (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
