Our client is known for offering a unique and diverse range of football apparel, with partnerships that include Adidas, Puma, and Umbro, and a loyal, growing customer base of over 100,000. With their rapid growth, this newly created role offers a chance to shape the future of their paid marketing strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Paid Media Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Director, playing a key role in managing the company’s paid social strategy to meet ambitious performance goals. You’ll lead the charge on all things paid media, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, across multiple markets. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting insightful weekly/monthly reports, offering context on performance, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the overall marketing mix.
  • Managing and optimizing significant budgets across various platforms to maximize return on investment.
  • Creating and segmenting audiences, optimizing performance and creative strategies to resonate with different customer groups.
  • Collaborating with designers to push forward fresh, innovative creative concepts.
  • Overseeing influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Staying on top of the latest digital trends and leveraging them to enhance campaign performance.
  • Developing new content ideas and implementing a robust testing plan to continually improve results.
  • Coordinating with the wider team to ensure email marketing is in sync with broader communications efforts.
  • Working alongside management to ensure the Shopify website aligns with marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in roles such as PPC Specialist, PPC Manager, or Paid Media Specialist, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid marketing campaigns. You’ll be a pro in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, with strong analytical skills and a creative mindset. Experience in B2C, D2C, or eCommerce is a huge plus!

This role would be perfect for a PPC specialist from an agency background who’s ready to take ownership of in-house campaigns in an exciting niche market.
