Our social housing client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their team in Stratford on a permanent basis.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Administrator to support the operational team, the role will be based in a call centre environment.
It is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the operational team with all administrative tasks.
- Booking appointments for works to be carried out
- Making calls to tenants to confirm appointments/discuss works
- General administrative tasks (scanning, filing, data entry, general office management, diary management).
- Ordering equipment for trades
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Administrator
- Social housing/housing experience preferred.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.
- Experience of working in a call centre environment
