A leading UK-based field services company is seeking an organised and proactive Warrant & Revenue Account Manager to oversee the execution of Rights of Entry warrants and revenue recovery activities. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days per week from the Head Office and the remainder remotely, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily scheduling and completion of warrant-related visits, including debt collection, inspections, and meter exchanges.

Provide real-time guidance and support to Field Representatives during warrant executions.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of planned visits.

Monitor and track warrant performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.

Ensure visits comply with regulatory and client requirements, addressing vulnerabilities and safety concerns.

Maintain accurate records, updating internal systems with real-time visit outcomes.

Prepare and distribute reports detailing warrant execution results for internal and client use.

Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement of warrant processes.

Conduct outbound calls to clients and field teams, providing updates and resolving escalations.

Adhere to all company policies, industry guidelines, and legal requirements.
Requirements

Strong IT skills with accurate data entry and system management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.

Previous experience in customer service, debt collection, or conflict resolution (desirable but not essential).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure.

Experience in the utilities sector or warrant-related operations is an advantage.

Confident in handling telephone communications, including challenging conversations.
