A leading UK-based field services company is seeking an organised and proactive Warrant & Revenue Account Manager to oversee the execution of Rights of Entry warrants and revenue recovery activities. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days per week from the Head Office and the remainder remotely, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily scheduling and completion of warrant-related visits, including debt collection, inspections, and meter exchanges.

  • Provide real-time guidance and support to Field Representatives during warrant executions.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of planned visits.

  • Monitor and track warrant performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.

  • Ensure visits comply with regulatory and client requirements, addressing vulnerabilities and safety concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records, updating internal systems with real-time visit outcomes.

  • Prepare and distribute reports detailing warrant execution results for internal and client use.

  • Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement of warrant processes.

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients and field teams, providing updates and resolving escalations.

  • Adhere to all company policies, industry guidelines, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills with accurate data entry and system management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in customer service, debt collection, or conflict resolution (desirable but not essential).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure.

  • Experience in the utilities sector or warrant-related operations is an advantage.

  • Confident in handling telephone communications, including challenging conversations.
