We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Salesperson to join a family-run business that values growth and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining and nurturing client relationships and is looking for a clear path to progression within a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify and target potential clients, initiating contact and developing strategies to encourage new business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information and demonstrations, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a desire to succeed and grow within the company.
  • Driving license and use of a car
