RolePurpose:TheCustomerServicesAdministratorwillbethefirstpointofcontactforincomingcallsandemails,handlingresidentenquiriesrelatedtohousingmanagement,repairs,maintenance,andcomplaints.Theroleinvolvessupportingthemanagementteamwithgeneralcustomerservicesandadministrativefunctions.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Handlingincomingcallsandemails,resolvingcustomerenquiries,anddirectingresidentstorelevantinformationonthecompany'swebsite.
- Assistingresidentsinsigningupfortheself-serviceportal.
- Forwardingservicerequeststhatcannotberesolvedatfirstcontact.
- Recordingallcustomerenquiriesandrepairsinthecustomerrelationshipmanagementsystem.
- Loggingmaintenanceenquirieswithcontractors,closingrepairworkordersoncecompleted,andprocessinginvoices.
- Contactingcustomerspost-repairtoconfirmsatisfactionandcompletecustomersatisfactionsurveys.
- Schedulingappointmentsfornewcustomersinterestedinviewingpropertiesavailableforrent.
- Providingad-hocadministrativesupporttothepropertymanagementteamasrequired.
