RolePurpose:TheCustomerServicesAdministratorwillbethefirstpointofcontactforincomingcallsandemails,handlingresidentenquiriesrelatedtohousingmanagement,repairs,maintenance,andcomplaints.Theroleinvolvessupportingthemanagementteamwithgeneralcustomerservicesandadministrativefunctions.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Handlingincomingcallsandemails,resolvingcustomerenquiries,anddirectingresidentstorelevantinformationonthecompany'swebsite.
  • Assistingresidentsinsigningupfortheself-serviceportal.
  • Forwardingservicerequeststhatcannotberesolvedatfirstcontact.
  • Recordingallcustomerenquiriesandrepairsinthecustomerrelationshipmanagementsystem.
  • Loggingmaintenanceenquirieswithcontractors,closingrepairworkordersoncecompleted,andprocessinginvoices.
  • Contactingcustomerspost-repairtoconfirmsatisfactionandcompletecustomersatisfactionsurveys.
  • Schedulingappointmentsfornewcustomersinterestedinviewingpropertiesavailableforrent.
  • Providingad-hocadministrativesupporttothepropertymanagementteamasrequired.
