As Assistant Manager, you will be hands-on during service and integral to the restaurant's performance and reputation. The business operates at the highest level of hospitality and offers first-class food, drink,and service.
- Package up to £42,000 per annum (including Tronc Tips)
- Basic Salary £32,000-£36,000
- Tips £120-150 per. week

What we are looking for in Assistant Manager candidates:
- A proven track record within first-class, fresh food restaurants
- Ideally some experience with rooms/hotels and IT savvy
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
- Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
