Our client based in Stratford upon Avon are looking to recruit an HR Administrator for the purpose of a three-month temporary role. This role will be Hybrid based a their Starford Offices where free parking is provided onsite.
This busy and varied role will entail being the first point of contact support for customers, candidates, colleagues and third parties across a broad range of HR queries and issues, ensuring accurate and compliant advice is provided. This role is key to enhance the employee experience and contribute to service efficiencies by identifying and delivering improvements to the self-service resources.
As part of your role, you will escalate complex queries to and support the Senior HR Adviser in managing and resolving these cases to meet SLAs, regulatory and customer requirements. The role will also contribute to the complete and accurate recording of people data across HR systems, for internal reporting and regulatory purposes.
Applicants will ideally have previous HR experience or an interest in HR with previous office-based work experience.
