Job Description:
We are looking for a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at a primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role involves supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum, develop essential skills, and engage with their learning in a positive and nurturing environment.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Proven EYFS experience, supporting children in their early developmental stages
- Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach to helping young learners
