This HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor role is an excellent opportunity someone looking to step into a standalone HR role, working within an SME Manufacturing organisation.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring that the workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals.

You will be supporting the full HR Generalist remit including full employee lifecycle, employee relations, developing policies and process, employee engagement, compliance and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Significant experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving positive change within the organisation.
  • Level 5 CIPD Qualified
