Associate Town Planner - Stratford-upon-Avon - Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Associate Town Planner to join a well-established consultancy in Stratford-upon-Avon. This firm offers a comprehensive range of services, including planning, architecture, urban design, heritage, and economic development, providing clients with a seamless journey from feasibility studies to design strategy and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead planning applications from inception to approval.

  • Provide strategic planning advice to a diverse client base.

  • Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Prepare detailed planning reports and statements.

  • Mentor and support junior planners within the team.

About You:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.

  • MRTPI qualification (or working towards it).

  • Significant experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment.

  • Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
