Our client, a construction company i am working with a client of mine who are seeking a PA to support the construction team!

The ideal candidate will be capable and trusted with managing a diverse workload who is organised and reliable. If you are looking to move into an exciting role within a collaborative team, this could be the ideal role for you!

* Support the Team and other team members with day-day administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the Foundation, including maintaining records and organising files; data entry and database management and the drawing up of key documents and contracts.

* Support with financial management of the Foundation, including working with our accountants to oversee the cash flow and instruct the payment of grants, invoices, and other fees.

* Assist the team directly in scheduling appointments and organising team calendars, as well as occasionally reviewing, prioritising, and responding to emails.

* Support the wider team in the preparation of quarterly board meetings, which will include organising travel, accommodation and logistics for Trustees and staff, booking meeting spaces, and the uploading of board papers

* Support the wider team and Trustees in international travel planning, including the development of itineraries and the booking of travel, transfers, and accommodation.

* Lead on the regular review of policies and procedures, such as insurance, safeguarding, staff handbooks and code of conduct.

* Support the wider team with communications, occasionally updating the intranet, social media and website and supporting the team in putting together quarterly newsletter to the Trustees. Experience, Attributes and Skills.
