Our client is a well-established and highly reputable manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced Office Manager to provide efficient support to the wider team. The role will be varied and will include front of house meet and greet, facilities management, procurement and general admin support. If you like being busy and want to have a significant impact on the efficiency of the office, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What will the role involve?

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to site ensuring a professional and warm welcome
  • Supporting meetings, preparing rooms and arranging catering
  • Managing PPE, stationary and other office peripherals
  • Supporting the finance department with the dispatch of invoices
  • Overseeing the payment of utilities and monitoring the spend against the office budget
  • Inputting hours of work for contractors, submitting expenses and monitoring petty cash

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role essential
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Natural ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Highly proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
