THE QUALITY SYSTEMS COORDINATOR ROLE:

To maintain, improve and implement the quality, traceability and food safety systems

  • Play a crucial role in product safety, compliance and supplier approval
  • Support the sustainability strategy of the company
  • Carry out traceability and mass balances exercises as and when needed
  • To develop a trending system for key quality parameters, so production staff can react immediately to non-conformances.
  • To maintain raw material, IP and packaging information, specifications and risk assessments
  • Carry out and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Manage the customer complaints log and complete an investigation report.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

  • High level of analytical skill.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Min 3 years' experience working in a quality, technical or food safety supervisory role in food manufacturing sector
  • Trained in food safety level 3.
  • Good understanding of quality systems and product compliance within a food manufacturing environment
