Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with experience working within a sales environment, good customer service skills and able to drive. Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
- Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
- Negotiate any offers received
Skills Required:
- Previous sales experience essential
- Great customer service skills
- Good people skills
- Smart, well-spoken and articulate
- Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated and driven
- Full UK driving license and car owner essential
