Property Manager - Block Management

Evesham, Coventry or Stratford

An exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a professional property team covering the Warwickshire and Worcestershire areas with the opportunity to progress your career within an expanding company.

The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring buildings and communal areas are well-maintained.

Coordinating maintenance of buildings and communal areas.

Managing onsite staff, cleaners and maintenance.

Producing and managing service charge budgets and site inspection schedules.

Arranging, attending and recording client meetings and AGMs, including evening meetings.

Reviewing insurance cover on a regular basis to ensure correct amount of cover.

Work with other departments to make sure service charge accounts are prepared, approved and distributed to residents in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

Block Management experience.

Knowledge of ARMA practice standards, RICS Service Charge Management code.

A good understanding of Section 20/ major work consultation processes.

Able to manage leasehold sales enquiries and tasks associated with property transfers and sub-letting.
