Receptionist

We require an effective, customer focused and committed individual to join our receptionist team to provide a front-line service for visitors and telephone callers.

The successful candidate will also undertake a share of general administration duties appropriate to the time available using a range of applications.

The hours of work are 11.45am- 4.30pm (Wednesday to Friday) 14.25 hours per week The post is term time plus 3 staff learning days and 3 days during the school holidays for administrative tasks and reception cover: 40 weeks per year. As this role is shared across two posts, some flexibility will apply, as times may need to be interchangeable.

Salary for a full-time post at Band E (points 4-6) is within the range £ 23,115 to £23,893 starting point depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salary, based on hours and weeks worked, is £7,909 to £8,287 subject to any continuous service.
