A specialist SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals from backgrounds in psychology, sports coaching, support work, or related fields, who want to gain valuable experience in education and child development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with autism, ADHD, PMLD and other learning needs in the classroom.
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.
Providing one-to-one and small group support.
Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and communication skills.
Using sports, psychology-based techniques, or personal care skills to engage and support children.

Who We're Looking For:

Psychology graduates, keen to apply their knowledge in an educational setting.
Sports coaches, passionate about using physical activity to engage students.
Support workers or care professionals, experienced in working with vulnerable individuals.
Anyone with a strong passion for SEN education and a willingness to learn.
