Position Overview:

As the Buildings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our building projects across the South West, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with a surveyor and project manager to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise building extension projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to coordinate on-site activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ultraframe products and their application in projects.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:

• - Proven experience in building management, specifically in building extensions.
• - In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and compliance requirements.
• - Experience conducting site visits and troubleshooting construction-related issues.
• - Familiarity with Ultraframe products is preferred.
• - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
