As a Trainee Turnkey Project Manager, you will learn how to:

  • Manage a team: Guide your team to ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Keep projects on track: Help deliver projects smoothly and manage client expectations.
  • Oversee production: Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with the plan.
  • Follow safety rules: Manage projects in line with CDM regulations and ensure health and safety is managed on site.
  • Support planning: Help with scheduling and organising the building process.
  • Manage groundworks: Oversee groundworks and the finishing touches inside the buildings.
  • Build client relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.
  • Attend site meetings: Effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
  • Manage & track budgets: Keep an eye on project expenses and discuss any variations with clients throughout the project.
  • Improve operations: Review procedures, best practices and initiatives to improve work flow.
  • Collaborate with departments: Work closely with our architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews.
  • Ensure quality & safety: Strive for the highest standards of work and safety on-site.
  • Communicate safety procedures: Share safe working practices with your team to keep everyone safe.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAD.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
