Administrative AssistantStroud£14.65ph - 31.5 hour working week!!

About the Role:I’m seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a fantastic client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of daily business activities.

What the role involves:

  • Reception duties, including answering calls and handling inquiries.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, including franking and filing.
  • Processing AMIIs, Data Consent, and IPT Exemption Forms.
  • Handling Trustpilot and Google reviews, including invites and responses.
  • Coordinating monthly mail merges and maintaining brochures.
  • Managing welcome pack and stationery stock levels.
  • Ordering office supplies and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with logging and tracking renewals, including overdue follow-ups.
  • Supporting the Business Coordinator with additional tasks as needed.
