Administration Assistant

Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their lively team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele.

This is great opportunity to get your foot in the door to gain office experience with a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. This business also has free, on-site parking and provides breakfast for their employees on Fridays!

Main Duties:

- Answering incoming calls

- Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation.

- Accurate data entry onto various excel spreadsheets.

- Filing, stationery stock control and ordering of sales brochures.

- Ad hoc support to the Office Manager and the sales advisors

Key Skills:

- Confident and friendly telephone manner

- Excellent written and verbal communicator

- Highly organised individual

- Dynamic and enthusiastic attitude

- Experience using MS Excel and word

Hours: 31.5 hour working week (Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5pm - early finish Friday at 4pm)

Salary: £24,000pa (approx. £14.65 per hour) + free lunch on Fridays!
