Excellent opportunity within a friendly business in Stonehouse, for an administrator to join the team in a temporary contract expected to last around 4 weeks (potential extension to 6 weeks).
The main purpose of the Administrator role is to ensure the effective planning, co-ordination and delivery of internal and external training across the business.
It is essential in this role, that you have experience creating Excel Pivot Tables. Full training will be provided on the rest of the role processes. Free onsite parking, hybrid working options and early Friday finishes also on offer! This role can also be offered on a part time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
Responsibilities:
- General administration, filing and paperwork.
- Accurate data entry on company Excel documents.
- Assist in the creation of Excel Pivot Tables.
- Keep up to date records on company system.
- Support the wider team with business related projects and programmes as required.
Candidate Attributes:
- Excel skills including Pivot tables.
- Well organised
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Salary - £12.99 per hour (wages to be paid weekly)
Hours - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (Early Finish Fridays @ 4pm!). This role can also be offered on a part time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
