Project Support Specialist

Stroud

Circa £30,000 OTE

Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Contracts Team and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of project timelines, budgets, and customer communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure projects are on track.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans.
  • Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with estimates.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Help coordinate client visits and assist with monthly reporting.

About You:

  • Several years of experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a reactive environment and under project deadlines.
