Robert Half are proud to partner with a growing innovative business, we are looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. This newly created role offers a blend of management accounting and business partnering, providing an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with the sales team and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The Role
- Month-end close, journal posting, and reconciliations
- Rebate calculations, budgeting, and forecasting
- Business partnering with the sales team to analyse customer profitability and support commercial decision-making
- CRM reporting and financial insights to guide business strategy
The Person
- Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA with at least two years of month-end experience
- Strong management accounting skills with a commercial mindset
- Open to AI and technology, with a forward-thinking approach to finance
- Confident working with data and translating financial insights into business recommendations
- Ambitious and driven, with the potential to progress into a senior finance role
