Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical, Quality, and Laboratory Management team to provide technical, administrative, and practical support.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including Process Data Cards.
  • Assist in interpreting and delivering on customer requirements.
  • Support Operations and Laboratory with process qualification and surveillance.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities within the organisation.
  • Promote a safety-first culture.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g., Science/Chemistry to A Level Standard or equivalent) or IMF Foundation with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software and computer-based manufacturing systems.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in an AS9100 approved (Aerospace) environment.
  • Formal and relevant additional training.

Technologies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical processes and manufacturing systems.
