Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Stroud

Hours: Double Days shift rotation

Salary: Salary dependent on experience plus shift allowance

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Control Inspector:

• Perform 1st-off inspections following company and customer processes and specifications.
• Use of standard measuring tools and devices to measure components and products
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure a high standard of conformance is met at all times.
• Raise non-conformance reports when specifications or standards are not met.
• Support the promotion of Health and Safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills of a Quality Control Inspector:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous mindset.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple deliveries effectively.
• Strong team player who can collaborate with other departments.
• CMM experience & Dye Penetrant Inspection experience would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of both CNC machining and inspection techniques would be advantageous
