Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to sales growth.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, liaising with other departments, third-party couriers, and the sales management team where necessary.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor customer behaviour to spot trends and identify potential risks or new sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales order processing and data entry on in-house systems.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A valid UK driving licence and vehicle.
