✔ Experience in retail display, POP, or POS design – understanding in-store requirements
✔ Strong CAD skills – a highly competent user of CAD software
✔ Technical knowledge of materials (wood, metal, plastics, acrylics) and manufacturing processes
✔ A problem-solving mindset – able to refine designs for production feasibility
✔ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
