OverviewProspero Teaching are seeking to recruit a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) into an highly regarded Primary School with an exceptional reputation for academic excellence, creativity, and a nurturing environment. Duties· Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum. · Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners. · Leading small group interventions to raise attainment in core subjects. · Providing one-on-one support for pupils with specific learning needs. · Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning. · Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. · Encouraging pupil engagement and motivation to inspire a love of learning. Qualifications· Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential) · Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups. · Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children. · Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. · Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
