Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation, looking to add a 'Production and Dispatch Operative' on a full time, perm basis.

This role is an addition to the long serving team - they are looking for a candidate that can grow and develop with the business and stay for the long term - building a successful career.

Full training will be provided and this role would suit someone wanting to start a career in manufacturing or production.

Key duties include:
Cutting and dispatching all manufactured products as required
Learning to use CNC machines and manual presses
Prepping materials; operating machinery; inspecting parts to drawings (ensuring parts are made to spec and within tolerances); completing and updating job sheets; booking parts into stock; completing and dispatching sales orders; booking consignments onto couriers; stock/warehouse duties; maintaining and cleaning production areas.

Candidate Requirements
You will need to be practically minded, have great attention to details and a grasp of numbers and Math's and
Be able to use your own initiative.
You would need to be able to work competently on your own and as part of the team!

Full training will be given so no previous experience required.

Candidate needs to be willing to operate a forklift (company will pay for full training). Raw materials can be heavy, so heavy lifting involved in day-to-day tasks.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.30am - 17.30 pm and Friday 08.30 - 14.30pm

You must have access to your own transport, due to company location.
