Location: Sudbury
Salary: 30,000 to 32,500 + Bonuses & Overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week, No weekends
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain parts stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of vehicle parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Liaise with service and workshop departments to meet their parts requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers
- Monitor parts performance metrics, including stock turnover and obsolescence rates
- Implement and maintain accurate records for stock control and audit purposes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve parts operations
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and stock management processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- IT literate with experience using parts catalogues and management systems
- Ambitious and ready for career progression into a Parts Manager role
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
