Are you an experienced Parts Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join an established Main Dealer in the Sudbury area. If you have more than 3 years of experience and are looking to progress, this could be the perfect role for you!

Location: Sudbury
Salary: 30,000 to 32,500 + Bonuses & Overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week, No weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain parts stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency
  • Oversee the ordering and receiving of vehicle parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Liaise with service and workshop departments to meet their parts requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers
  • Monitor parts performance metrics, including stock turnover and obsolescence rates
  • Implement and maintain accurate records for stock control and audit purposes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve parts operations

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and stock management processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • IT literate with experience using parts catalogues and management systems
  • Ambitious and ready for career progression into a Parts Manager role
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
