Pure are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded organisation based in Sudbury, with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.  This is a part time role between 30 - 35 hours a week, with a degree of flexibility on when these hours are worked and would suit an experienced BP who has operated at this level previously.  Working predominantly onsite, and reporting into the Finance Director, you will have full responsibility of delivering and evolving the people strategy for the business, alongside the operation elements of HR for an SME.  This position has the support of an administrator and will have a full generalist remit within the duties which include:- Translate the business strategy into a people plan- Identify opportunities to enhance the engagement levels- Coach and mentor teams to deliver the best employee experience- Integrate wellbeing practices and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - Deliver people-based projects - Effectively manage employee relations issues- Deliver an effective compensation programme Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of delivering the above, be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum and have experience of working in a similar sized organisation, ideally in a stand alone role.The successful candidate will have full autonomy to design, deliver and evolve all HR activities within a responsive and profitable business.
