Hours: Monday - Thursday , 8:30am - 5:30pm - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
*Sourcing and managing a pool of temporary candidates for a wide range of roles
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
*Conducting interviews, reference checks, and handling compliance for temporary staff
*Managing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating placements
*Attending client meetings and site visits as required
*Keeping up-to-date with employment market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
*Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills
*Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
*Persuasive, persistent, and patient
*Able to cope with pressure and manage multiple tasks
*Flexible and adaptable with a mature personality
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
*Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy
*Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
*Must have your own transport as travel between our Sudbury and Ipswich offices is required
