We are recruiting for an experienced BDM / Sales Executive to join our Sunbury based client. Specialising in providing a white glove service to customers who are moving products that are irreplaceable, delicate, valuable and require specialised handling, such as furniture, artwork and high-end items. Salary £28,000 - £33,000 basic, OTE: £70,000. Role Overview:As a Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in driving new business, developing strong client relationships, and helping shape our market strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed personal new business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a network of potential clients.
  • Develop and execute market sector growth plans.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Operations and General Management, to implement sales strategies and business plans.
  • Create a targeted list of prospective customers based on clear, high-impact criteria.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor the performance of new clients to ensure their success aligns with agreed goals.
  • Lead monthly Sales & Operations meetings with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations Managers, and Directors.
  • Use sales tools and processes to maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate customer data.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads.
Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience in delivery/logistics, retail, or fine art sectors.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
  • A proven track record of exceeding new business targets and retaining clients through strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with a demonstrable hunger for success and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling within your territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
