What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting daily spend and service performance to the General Manager, using contract performance reports to guide decisions.
Managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs, specifically within a courier or same-day delivery environment.
Manage and oversee the successful delivery of a large logistics contract.

Lead and support site managers, driving high standards across operations and customer service.
Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract-related matters.
Analyse contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the contract aligns with the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Proven experience in managing contracts within the logistics sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive profit opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable in a customer-facing role.
Experience in leading and motivating site managers to maintain high standards.
