If you have experience in an electromechanical assembly environment within the manufacturing sector and have and have successfully managed and trained a team of assembly technicians the role of Production Team Leadercould be an opportunity to grow your career with in this very well-established firm.
The role of Production Team Leaderwill be responsible for the following areas:
- To manage and motivate production operatives
- Record, monitor and advise on production performance as part of the QCD metrics
- Monitor actual performance against standard cycle times
- Set and monitor KPI's on shop floor
- Be responsible for liasing with the Cell Leader in the training of staff and maintaining skill matrices

- Ability to work effectively in a high paced and demanding environment
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Experience in upskilling and training staff
