Keel Tavern is a new and exciting bar situated in Sunderlands Keel Square. Our team is passionate about food and hospitality, and we are looking for a talented Chef to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career, ready to take their skills to the next level in a new environment.

Key Responsibilities as aChefDe Partie:

  • Prepare and present high quality, consistent dishes.

  • Maintain quality in daily food presentation and contribute to menu development.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Who You Are:
  • Experienced in a kitchen and ready for a new challenge.

  • Food Safety Level 3 desirable but will be provided if necessary.

  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and independently.

  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
