BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/TERRITORY SALES EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION & TRADE

YOU WILL BE:
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key players in the trade/construction sector.
- Selling Solutions: Promote and sell the company’s services/products, ensuring a tailored and consultative approach that meets client needs.
- Targeting New Business: Pro-actively seek new opportunities to grow the customer base, while managing existing accounts.
- Negotiating Deals: Work with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that benefit both the business and the customer.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of SaaS is a plus! Use the latest tech to streamline your workflow and deliver exceptional service to clients.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Proven Sales Experience: Ideally, you’ll have a solid background in trade or construction sales. If you understand the challenges of working with contractors, even better!
- People Person: You’ve got the ability to build relationships quickly and effortlessly, and you’re comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
- Target-Driven: You’ve got the drive to hit targets and exceed expectations, with strong closing skills and a passion for success with a competitive streak.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with SaaS products or a willingness to learn is a big bonus.
- Self-Motivated: You take ownership of your work, have strong organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
