About the Role:

We Are Footprint are partnering with one of our key clients to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Administrator. This exciting freelance opportunity is based on-site and offers a chance to contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic construction environment. If you have prior experience in construction administration and are familiar with document control processes, this role is ideal for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise site documentation, ensuring it is stored correctly and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, site reports, and communications.
  • Help with maintaining accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, materials, and equipment logs.
  • Assist with document control processes, ensuring all paperwork is compliant and up to date.
  • Support the project management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure the flow of information.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a construction site administration role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in document control or a strong understanding of construction documentation is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology and practices is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to administration and site support.
