A new opportunity has been created for an individual with an interest in financial advice to join on of the UK's most dynamic Wealth Management Firms at their head Office in Doxford International Business Park.

Initially employed as an Administrator, to support the diary management and pre and post sale processes of advisers, this opportunity has a defined career path from Administrator, to financial adviser status, with fully funded DipFS.

Key Responsibilities

Initial client engagement and diary management for the advisory team.

Responsible for issuing letters of authority and obtaining policy information to aid advice process.

Ensure client investment changes are processed in line with advice standards.

Maintain client communication post advice completion

Ensure client annual reviews packs are distributed within required timeframes.

Ensure back-office systems are up to date

Ideal Person

The successful applicant must be a strong and confident communicator with an interest in the financial advice

The individual should have an appreciation, and preferably experience, of offering high quality service to consumers

and should be prepared to commit to a comprehensive schedule of CPD to further support this.

Whilst the company will support the successful applicant through to Chartered status both practically and financially,

the individual will need to be prepared to study outside of working hours and apply themselves to our proven

progression plan.

Qualifications

Preferably degree qualified (or equivalent) preferably in a related subject and or experience in a similar role.
